Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Can be cancelled at any time
  • Access continues until end of current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months after the 7-day guarantee period
  • No future charges after cancellation

Quarterly Subscriptions (3-6 months prepaid)

  • Pro-rata refund for unused months
  • Example: Cancel after 2 months of 6-month plan = 4 months refunded
  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days

Yearly Subscriptions

  • Pro-rata refund for unused months
  • Example: Cancel after 3 months of 12-month plan = 9 months refunded
  • Refund based on the yearly discounted rate you paid
  • Processed within 7-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not covered by our refund policy:

  • ×SSL certificates (if purchased separately) - Third-party security certificates
  • ×Payment gateway setup fees - Third-party merchant account costs
  • ×Third-party plugin licenses - Premium plugins or software licenses
  • ×Custom development completed and delivered - Work beyond initial website build that's already live
